From the continuing repeated project with our royalty client, we had another opportunity to manage this residential expansion project.  The project includes a 2 story residential building with a reception pavilion and landscape improvement.  

NP has provided project and construction management.  WIndmill resident is under construction and will be completed in May 2020.
